- Users are required to pay any pending service charges on time during or after the service process as communicated earlier.
- Delayed payments will attract an interest charge of 24% per annum, calculated on the overdue amount.
- Users must ensure all payments are made through the approved channels shared by Pro Shiksha Guider to avoid discrepancies.

Payment and Refund Policy
At Pro Shiksha Guider, we are committed to providing transparent and efficient services to students. Our payment terms and refund policy are designed to ensure clarity and fairness.
- Processing Fees & Service Charges
- Pro Shiksha Guider charges processing and service fees for various services, including application charges, profile audit and verification, visa assistance, loan assistance, and other services.
- These fees are collected upfront and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement or official communication.
- Payments for services can be made via bank transfer, online payment gateways, UPI, or other mutually agreed methods.
- Service Fees
- Application charges, profile evaluation, and visa assistance services are subject to service fees that will be outlined during the consultation process. The fees are based on the type and complexity of the services provided.
- Fees for services such as application processing, document verification, or visa assistance will be charged separately and clearly communicated.
- Invoice and Payment Confirmation
- After the payment is made, Pro Shiksha Guider will issue an invoice or send a confirmation via email acknowledging the receipt of the payment. This invoice will outline the services paid for and any further steps required to proceed.
- Additional Charges
- Any processing fees paid to third parties (e.g., application fees to institutions, visa fees to respective countries, loan filing charges, forex, etc.) are subject to the refund and dispute policies of those organizations.
- Any additional fees to colleges (e.g., institute application fees, seat reservations, etc.) will be paid directly to the institutions by the student.
Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Fees
- Processing fees and service fees for services like application charges, profile audit & verification, loan assistance, and visa assistance are non-refundable. These services incur costs for us, and no refunds will be issued once the payment is processed and the service is initiated.
- If the student decides not to proceed with a service after the payment is made and the process is initiated, the upfront service charges will still apply, and no refund will be granted.
- Refunds are not applicable for services already availed, partially completed services, or non-performance caused by user delays or inaction.
- Refund on Unused Services
- If, due to circumstances beyond our control, services that have been paid for are not delivered (e.g., visa filing or application not submitted), Pro Shiksha Guider may offer a partial refund, provided the student has not already availed of other services related to the same process.
- Refunds will be processed after deducting administrative or processing costs related to the service.
- Service Change or Cancellation
- Students have the option to cancel services before initiation. In such cases, they must email us within 24 hours of payment. A refund may be issued after deducting any administrative costs or fees incurred. If the service has already been started, no refund will be issued.
- Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at proshikshaguider@gmail.com. The request will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the transaction, or another method as agreed upon. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method.
